Property Manager Any entity that has been retained to perform and carry out property rental, leasing, operation and management services at one or more of the Properties, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property.
The Contractor must retain all documents related to the Contract for five (5) years after expiration of the Contract or, if longer, the period required by the General Records Schedules maintained by the Florida Department of State available at the Department of State’s Records Management website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.ĭocument Management The Contractor must retain sufficient documentation to substantiate claims for payment under the Contract and all other records, electronic files, papers, and documents that were made in relation to this Contract.
Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act.
